the picture was not clear enough for me to see exactly the type of fork. you told me they were coil so i expected them to be coil! you have lied to me and sold me something that was incorrect to my knowledge. i understand that its been about a month or so but that's not my problem. i demand my money back so you better find/come up with a way to get the money.

dude don't do this. you know for a fact you told me that the fork was coil. and you also told me they were in good condition. i receive them and the fork is air and also have paint chips everywhere. its not my fault you bought them off ebay and then resold them without knowing much about them. so i demand my money back and i will ship them back to you. what is the big problem? i want my money back!

i wanted coil. you told me they were coil. now i receive them and they aren't coil they are air! im sorry it took so long to get them shipped. i don't see how that is a facter though. all i want is for you to take the forks back and give me a refund. im not asking very much from you. i don't care what you do with the fork you can through it in the garbage for all i care. i just want my money back and you can have your fork back. Which one is it? You said they were coil but were supposed to be air, then said they were air but we're supposed to be air. I provided a picture that showed everything needed about the fork (look in my albums, it's still there). I spent hours of time my time with FedEx trying to get the thing shipped, since it kept coming back. I finally get it through customs, and you want to send it back? I don't think I misrepresented the fork.

I do not have the money to give back to you. I have less than $100 in my bank account. All you need is the Maxle, and you'll be set. If you want, you can resell them if you aren't happy with them. I will send $30 so you can buy the Maxle.

If you read the listing, it specifically stated that it didn't come with the QR. I directly copied the info. from the eBay auction I won for the fork, so I apologize if they are air. I can refund $30 so you can order a QR, but I really am not able to refund $300 at this point financially.
